Referring a patient

Referring physicians may fax records and referral forms to 540-444-5669, or call 540-444-5670 to speak with our clinical staff directly. We accept referrals from primary care, orthopedics, neurosurgery, physical medicine, occupational health and emergency departments across Southwest Virginia.

We return a consultation note after the initial evaluation and after each procedure, so the referring office always knows the diagnosis, what was done and what comes next.
